We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That’s why you have 7 days to return any unwanted items
to us. Any returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

please contact us via email, official Line, or phone within seven days of receiving the product. Late inquiries
will not be accepted.
◆If the product size is incorrect or there are significant defects, it can be returned or exchanged.
◆For returns and exchanges due to major defects, shipping fees will be waived. For other reasons for returns and
exchanges, the customer must bear the shipping costs.

Clothing size discrepancies: Measurement methods and fabric elasticity differences, with an error of ±2cm from
the actual size, fall within the acceptable range of international inspection standards and are not considered
defects.
Loose threads or misaligned stitching: Situations such as loose buttons (buttons that can be sewn back) or
slight unraveling are not major defects.
Minor stains: Stains with a diameter of less than 0.5 centimeters.
Uneven printing: Slight ink loss or small color spots are within the normal range.
Minor contamination during transport: Such as stray threads on light-colored clothing or washable stains that
occur during the transportation process.
Ironing marks: Imprints from processing or ironing that can be reduced through washing, but do not guarantee
complete removal.
◆Return Policy Explanation
1. Returns are not accepted if the product shows signs of use, has odors, or has been soiled or contaminated
with makeup due to human actions.
2. Returns are not accepted if the tags have been cut, the item has been washed, altered in size, or if any
parts or accessories are lost or damaged.
3. Returns are not accepted if the return request is made more than 7 days after purchase.
