Warranty Period

This product is warranted from the date of purchase for the period mandated by applicable laws and regulations in each respective country. In the absence of such provisions, the warranty period shall be one year.
The warranty covers defects or malfunctions arising from manufacturing causes. Such issues will be repaired free of charge; however, replacement of parts and consumable items is excluded.
This warranty does not apply to any damage or malfunction resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the operating instructions.

Shipping Time:
Orders will be shipped within 7 days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary during weekends, public holidays, or announced periods.
Delivery:
Delivery may be delayed due to local weather, logistics issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
International Duties and Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other taxes according to local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If a package is returned due to unpaid taxes, any refund will be issued minus the round-trip shipping costs.
Incorrect Recipient Information:
If a package is returned due to incorrect recipient information, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, reshipment will require additional shipping fees. For refunds, related costs (such as shipping and taxes) will be deducted from the refund.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving the product. (If you purchased multiple units of the same product, only one unit may be opened for trial.)
Please ensure the product and its original packaging remain in good condition, and include the purchase invoice when returning.
If the return is due to a product defect, the return shipping cost will be covered by our company.
If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., the product does not meet your expectations), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 business days after we receive the returned item. We will update you on the refund status via phone, LINE, or email. The actual time for funds to be credited may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.
